Resa in your organisation
The ResaBox is a self contained appliance which you can host within your own organisation or data centre, it provides all the acclaimed features of ResaMail, including our easy to use web-based interface and supporting applications.
With the capability to work along side internal mail servers (Microsoft Exchange, Postfix, Exim, Sendmail), deploying the ResaBox is a simple three step procedure.
Enhanced integrity
Unless you decide to opt out, all configuration data is encrypted and transferred to Resa's secure data centre. If your ResaBox should fail then a replacement can be put in place and configuration retored within minutes.
The integrity of your email archive data is important to us. The ResaBox provides facilities for leading commercial and open-source backup systems to retrieve all the archive data from your appliance to fit in with your own backup schedules.
Expandable
Using our bespoke clustering technology you can expand your email protection at any time by adding ResaNodes, this can be done without any loss of configuration or uptime.
Affordable
All of our prices are carefully set to deliver you with a service that provides consitency in quality and security. The cost to you is a one off payment for the device, which includes a set number of support tokens a month, if you need more then you can simply buy one of our bundles, if not then you incur no extra costs, hidden or otherwise.
Unlike many other solutions we do not charge you on a per user basis, and our user limits are for guidance only and will very much depend on the demands of your organisation's email.
Central support
Every ResaBox provides a ticket based support interface for every user. Users can raise tickets which will then been seen by the ResaBox administrator, if those tickets require our attention then they can simply be escalated and will automatically propogate to our central support servers.
Administrators can track issues locally, avoiding the need to login to multiple customer areas to get the support you need now.
ResaBox 2.0 lite
All the enterprise level spam and virus detection in a custom built rack mountable server. Our lite model just lacks email archiving.
